To assist fundraising efforts for GCSAA’s various programs and services for our 18,000 members, GCSAA is looking for a self-motivated and philanthropic minded professional to join the Environmental Institute for Golf (EIFG) team, GCSAA’s philanthropic organization. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the organization’s fundraising efforts including annual gifts, campaigns, online auctions and other donor-supported programs. This position will also serve as the project administrator over several scholarship and grant programs. The position must provide superior customer service, administrative, project management and analytical support to internal and external EIFG constituents.
Qualified candidates must be personable with a strong focus on responsiveness and professionalism. Candidates must possess strong writing skills and be extremely organized with the ability to thoroughly review documents for detail and accuracy and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Must have a minimum two years’ experience working in an administrative support or customer service role in a professional office environment and possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, English or other related field or equivalent experience. Some fundraising experience and writing/editing content for marketing collateral is preferred. Basic familiarity with Windows Office Programs, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
We take our work seriously, but we know how to have fun. Position pays $17.38 - $20.19 per hour and will receive GCSAA’s attractive benefit package including but not limited to health, dental, vision, life insurance and company matched 401(k).
